Sonia genuinely listened to me, she was so thoughtful and was always wholeheartedly into our conversations. She is so inspiring as a person and a therapist. She made me feel special and not like another 'case'. As I also work in healthcare, I admire that she was so real with me. She had such a wonderful aura and I was in awe of her intellect, through her words and approach.

Counselling Client

The therapy/counselling was really helpful and I am really happy with the service provided. I felt like I took a lot from the sessions and learned how to deal with things differently. Although there are times where I still feel sad now, it is nowhere near to how I felt a couple of months ago and I am able to let things go a lot more easily alhamdulilah. Ahmed was understanding and helped me to consider things in a different way which enabled me to make practical changes in my life. I would like to thank my therapist and Inspirited Minds for the support.
